All flight bookings, ticketing, and travel services are fulfilled by Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited. By using our services, you enter into a binding agreement with us subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Have a valid payment method to complete your reservation.

When booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their personal information and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Our Role as a Travel Agency

BookWithDaffy.com is an independent travel agency. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines and other travel service providers. We are not the airline or direct service provider. Our role is to:

• Search for available flights and fares on your behalf.
• Present you with available options based on your stated requirements.
• Process your booking through IATA-accredited channels.
• Provide customer support before, during, and after your journey.

4. Booking Process

When you call our toll-free number (888) 996-1016 to make a booking:

• You must provide accurate details including full legal names (as they appear on travel documents), dates of birth, travel dates, and destinations.
• Our agent will present you with available flight options and fares.
• You will be given a fare quote and all applicable fees and charges before confirming your booking.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation/e-ticket.
• You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation details and reporting any errors promptly. Name corrections and date changes may incur additional fees.

5. Pricing and Fees

• All fares are subject to availability and may change at any time until ticketed.
• Quoted prices include our service fees unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for seat selection, baggage, meals, or other airline extras.
• We reserve the right to charge a service fee for booking, modifications, and cancellations as disclosed to you at the time of booking.
• Currency exchange rates may affect the final amount charged if your card is in a different currency.

6. Payment

• We are not responsible for force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or acts of war that affect your travel.
